How long must you have been married in order to get a Divorce?
There is a time-based requirement to qualify for a Divorce in Singapore.
You can only apply for a Divorce in Singapore if you have been married for 3 years or more, otherwise you will need to obtain the Court’s permission to apply for a Divorce.
