Difference between Divorce, Nullity and Judicial Separation

There are different ways to get out of a marital relationship in Singapore – Divorce, Nullity and Judicial Separation.

Divorce formally ends and terminates the marriage. Nullity voids marriage in its entirety and returns you and your spouse to the position before they were married. Judicial Separation allows you and your spouse to live separately without divorcing.
